If you had to sum Jan up in one word it would probably be - Tea (white, no sugar, if your brewing up thank you). When not drawing the short straw and having to walk Charley (see below), Ian draws the other short straw and has to work with Jan. Having mastered the ability to regard her constant ramblings and requests for tea as "background noise", Ian spends the rest of his time making sure we are up to date with the latest trends and techniques, and has become the unofficial maestro of the candid wedding photo - no-one is safe when he is prowling amongst the guests with his telephoto lens.

Charley is the youngest member of the team and his duties include sleeping with his teddy under Jan's desk, and barking at the postman. Since joining the team Charley has managed to chomp his way through the straps on two camera bags, chew completely through 2 laptop cables and 2 Nokia phone chargers, chew a wedding sample album and completely dismember a black feather boa leaving the studio looking like the scene of a blackbird massacre.

Due to his youthful exuberance we make sure he is offsite when customers are present (especially after he left his teethmarks all over a pair of Sanchia's new shoes while she was making up a client) but he is always here in spirit - see if you can spot the bits of chewed dog toys hiding behind the sofa!
